i stepped outside of my comfort zone yesterday and really laid myself out there.

it was worth it.

bike-wise, 53cm or below would be good for you. best way and classic way to do it is look on craiglist or at garage sales for some road bikes. the old ones work the best. mine frame is from the 80s. hop on to ebay get some rims and cranks. dismantle your bike, go to you local bike shop if you need help. And just throw it together. Fixed gear is super fun to ride and a gives a great work out. Got my inspiration from www.fixedgeargallery.com and www.sheldonbrown.com. SF and seattle messengers are up on it since day one. just recently it's the trendy thing in japan.

Cop as many bikes (frames) at cheap spots before shit totally blows up. like kids coppin' 86s and 240sx, increasing the value again. Bianchi's are dope if you can get a hand on them. any old skoo bikes works.

26.2 miles is stupid. you should try endurance sports. it's all about pace. peace fool..good luck on finals.
