i like to feel that i've become a better person overall in the past year.

i'm generally nicer, more socialable and hopefully more pleasant to be around.

i surprise myself sometimes with how funny or nice i can be sometimes, to the point that i have to step outside of myself and pat myself on the back haha.

it doesn't seem that i have a chip on my shoulder anymore.

even my mom has noticed it. a lot of people have told her how after i found my dog i've become much less of an uppity asshole, and i'm inclined to agree.

having something to care about really brings you back down to earth.

as much strides as i have made, i know there is still much to be done.

i still have bounds to go to become a better friend, a better son, a better student, a better employee and an all around better person. so i thank all you guys for hanging in there and sticking around.
