so what have i been up to these past couple of days?
let's start with friday:
i went with allison to see Muse perform at the Verizon Amphitheater in Irvine. this is my third time seeing them, and i suspect that it is far from my last time. this concert was by far their best performance to date. the environment, the open air, the lighting, the effects, everything was on point. before they went on, kroq's stryker introduced them and pretty much summed up what all Muse fans already know, it's hard to describe to someone why you like Muse, you just do. they are easily one of the world's greatest live performers.
a Muse show is encompassed with many feelings, anger, pain, love, joy, awareness. the music really speaks to you, and for what reason, i don't know. it makes you want to change your life. it makes you want to strive to better yourself, and better the world. i'm truly appreciative that such a thing exists in this world.
saturday:
woke up and hit up my nukette deydey so we could hit up the brea mall. we caught up on old times and complained about how old we are. we saw some girl that i guess knows her and she kept checking out my goods, but being denise, she didn't go over to say high. she explained to me how she wanted some boots that look like ugz, but aren't ugz, but do look like ugz. she said she liked these one boots that looked like Jordan VIII's but she didn't like the straps. at nordstrom's, we saw a girl who worked at the makeup counter that looked like a young sasha singleton in her prime. however, not being a team player, denise refused to go over to sample the products to allow me a closer look/chance to converse.
went to fuji's later that night to be sober and party it up with those hooligans.
finally, on the romance front(or lack thereof)
what do i do if there is more than one path that lies before me, and i don't know which one to take?
and don't give me that lame follow your heart stuff.

but it's TRUE, you have to follow your heart!! but if you can't do that, then you should just choose the most logical one. the most promising one. the one that is worth it in the long run. hope that helps!
p.s. who are these HOOLIGANS you speak of?
you make me sound like a not fun biatch. :( i guess i am, haha. next time theres a blonde asian that catches your eye, i'll be your wingwoman, i promise.
